FOR THE INTRODUCER AT THE MEETING

Between 1995 and 2003 Ian conceived, planned and led four expeditions to Everest. Before embarking on his Everest expeditions, Ian worked as a schoolteacher, a catering manager, an internal auditor, as well as serving as an officer in the British Army.

Ian lives in the mountain principality of Andorra, deep in the Pyrenees, on the border between France and Spain.

Ian Woodall equipment requirements

Ian's presentations are lavishly illustrated with spectacular photographs from his expeditions, shown on PowerPoint. Ian comes equipped with his own projector and screen. However, he does require:

  • access to a power point
  • a lapel microphone, and audio system (if the venue if of a size to warrant it)
